Zscaler is seeking a Product Specialist for Browser Security to lead the technical and customer-facing go-to-market motion for the company's browser security offering in the US market. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you will own end-to-end enterprise Proof-of-Value (POV) engagements, including scoping, deployment, threat-scenario design, live testing, and executive readouts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead enterprise POV engagements from conception through completion, managing all phases of customer evaluation
- Serve as the definitive technical authority on browser security products, answering complex questions about architecture, detection logic, and threat landscape
- Design and demonstrate realistic attack scenarios (phishing, session hijacking, malicious extensions, identity attacks) to showcase real-time detection and mitigation capabilities
- Own competitive positioning against enterprise browsers and security vendors, building battlecards, technical comparisons, and win/loss analyses
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate field feedback and customer requirements into prioritized roadmap inputs
