As a Product Specialist, you will be a frontline expert on how customers experience Enterpret in production environments. This role bridges customer success and product development, requiring deep technical understanding of APIs, data pipelines, AI workflows, and integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become a subject matter expert on Enterpret's technical architecture and behavior across all major systems
- Handle complex, production-level technical questions from enterprise customers
- Debug real customer setups when data pipelines fail or produce unexpected results
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to understand customer architectures and identify risks early
- Translate customer problems into clear, actionable inputs for Product and Engineering teams
- Identify patterns across customer issues and advocate for scalable product improvements and automations
- Test and validate new features in real customer environments
- Document edge cases, best practices, and workarounds to build institutional knowledge
You will gain direct exposure to how enterprise customers actually use the product, not theoretical usage patterns.
