Datadog's Product Solutions Architecture (PSA) team seeks a Product Solutions Architect to serve as a domain expert and technical multiplier for the Digital Experience & Experimentation product family (Product Analytics, Feature Flags, Experimentation, Session Replay). You will partner with field teams and enterprise customers on complex pre- and post-sales engagements, designing architectures, implementing best practices, and driving adoption across customer environments.
Key responsibilities include: serving as an in-house subject matter expert for product analytics, feature flags, experimentation, and session replay; partnering with field teams to guide enterprise customers on architecture choices, SDK instrumentation, and data collection; acting as a trusted advisor to Product Management with real-world field insights; creating high-impact technical collateral including reference architectures, guides, and documentation; building training materials and solutions briefs for field teams; collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Community, and Evangelism; building proofs of concept and small-scale deployments; and defining technical GTM motions for competitive positioning.
You bring 5+ years of experience solving complex customer problems with strong knowledge of building applications using product analytics, feature flagging, or digital experience tooling. You have excellent communication skills and deep familiarity with product analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, etc.), feature flag tools (LaunchDarkly, Eppo, Split, Optimizely), and session replay platforms (FullStory, Contentsquare, Microsoft Clarity). You understand CI/CD, branch strategies, and their influence on feature flags; are fluent in web and mobile languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Python, iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin); and can analyze codebases. You're comfortable in rapidly evolving technical domains, build deep context across teams, take ownership through implementation, and bring strong listening and consultative skills for high-pressure customer situations. Travel up to 40% required.
