Impiricus is an AI-powered HCP (Healthcare Professional) Engagement Engine founded by a practicing physician and senior pharma executive. The company is redefining how life sciences companies connect with healthcare professionals through evidence-based, ethical omnichannel engagement. The platform, Ascend, is powered by ION (Intelligently Optimized Network), an integration and intelligence layer enabling secure, scalable connectivity across systems and partners.
As Product Solutions Architect, you will be the product-led technical partner across the Ascend sales and implementation cycle. You'll lead product-focused pitches, run real-time demos tailored to client needs, and translate client goals into scoped, credible solutions that Product and Engineering can deliver. This is the first hire into a new function with opportunity to build and lead a team as it grows.
Key responsibilities include: engaging early in pre-sales on strategic pursuits; running technical discovery and qualification; leading product-focused pitches as the senior technical voice; owning the demo landscape across standard and custom environments; translating client goals into scoped Ascend solutions and implementation roadmaps; scoping integrations, data flows, and architecture in client conversations; deciding what is built bespoke versus pushed into the platform; prototyping during discovery then hardening solutions into scalable deployments; serving as technical liaison between Commercial, clients, Product, and Engineering; and defining scope and hiring for Forward Deployed Engineers as the function scales.
You will work across all three modes: setting strategy for how the company solutions, running consultative design with clients, and doing hands-on individual contributor work. You'll carry solutions from first discovery through design, build, and deployment. The role expects AI-forward thinking—using AI in your own craft to move from discovery to working prototype in days, and bringing AI-enabled capability into client solutions. Until Forward Deployed Engineers are added, custom implementation work is yours.
Reports to SVP of Product. Full-time, exempt position with flexibility across New York, Atlanta, or remote USA locations.
