Revolut is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution for one of their core product lines. This is a management role where you'll directly oversee Engineering, Operations, and Design team members while owning the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and growth.
You'll be responsible for setting team goals, defining success metrics, and building roadmaps aligned with Revolut's mission to empower 75+ million customers with better financial control and visibility. Your day-to-day work involves driving data-informed prioritization, having technical discussions with engineers about architecture and requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including Financial Crime, Legal, and Security teams.
The role requires deep technical acumen—you'll work on sophisticated products such as platforms, distributed systems, data science, machine learning, or similar technical domains. You'll need to formulate a compelling product vision, communicate it effectively to leadership and customers, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Key responsibilities include owning product roadmaps and day-to-day operations, completely owning features from ideation through maintenance, driving maximum impact based on data and market research, and bootstrapping major projects with a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
