Taulia, a fintech company within the SAP group, is seeking a Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution for document lifecycle and compliance domains. The role focuses on invoicing and receivables financing solutions that help businesses optimize working capital and cash management across their financial supply chains.
You will own the complete product backlog for document lifecycle and compliance—from roadmap and prioritization through user stories, acceptance criteria, and release readiness. Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to build scalable, compliant enterprise products; becoming a domain expert in core platform services; leading initiatives to meet evolving global regulatory standards; and writing detailed product specifications, API documentation, and mockups to unblock engineering teams.
You'll articulate the product vision and strategy for core platform capabilities and search functionality, develop meaningful business objectives and metrics to measure success, and ensure smooth rollouts of new features through stakeholder communication and training. The role requires translating complex architectural and compliance requirements into product value, managing technical tradeoffs with engineering, and representing those decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
Success is measured by delivering on commitments, exceeding client expectations, and maintaining integrity with internal and external stakeholders. You'll work in a highly collaborative environment across product, engineering, and customer success teams in a global, distributed setting.
Required: 4+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager on platform, invoicing, or compliance-driven products in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Deep domain expertise in document lifecycle management and global compliance regulations. Solid technical literacy and strong written/verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Experience in fintech, financial services, supply chain finance, or enterprise B2B strongly preferred.
Nice to have: Hands-on experience with S/4HANA integration, SAP Cloud Integration Gateway, SAP Business Network, SAP Ariba, or other SAP procure-to-pay/order-to-cash products.
