Atamis, a dynamic software business based in Cardiff, is seeking a Product Optimisation Specialist to join their expanding team. The company provides analysis and management tools to public and private sector organisations and is part of Banyan Software, a portfolio of over 100 specialized software companies.
In this pivotal role, you will drive product innovation and unlock significant value within the Atamis application ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include supporting the creation of prototypes and mock-ups for new product features, providing expert configuration and UI support during product releases, and assessing core product change requests in collaboration with Professional Services.
You will streamline post-installation processes by working with the Development Team to build comprehensive guides and manage environment upgrades. The role involves resolving product-related escalations, facilitating third-party application integrations via Salesforce AppExchange, and optimizing the Enhancer offering. You'll design and implement dashboards, templates, and reporting functionalities to meet evolving analytical needs.
Key to success is your ability to collaborate across Atamis teams, develop stakeholder relationships, and proactively maintain technical knowledge of both the Atamis platform and Salesforce. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with system logic and data, and is committed to delivering positive client outcomes through precise software improvements.
Required skills include confident use of Salesforce administration tools (object and field customisation, formulae, flows, approval processes), strong attention to detail, methodical process-following, ability to manage varied workloads, and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with software implementation or configuration projects is desirable.
