Omnea is a Series B AI-native procurement platform backed by Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel. The company has 10x'd ARR to double-digit millions in 18 months and is trusted by enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. This is the first dedicated Product Operations hire, reporting to the VP Product.
You'll build the operational infrastructure for a fast-growing product team at the intersection of product and AI. Your core responsibilities span five areas:
**AI Enablement & Automation**: Identify where PMs, designers, and engineers waste time, then build agents, Claude skills, and automations to reclaim it. This includes synthesizing customer signal from Gong, Slack, and support; turning specs into first drafts; generating release notes; and assembling reporting. You'll measure success by whether the team is measurably faster.
**Product Tool Stack**: Own the configuration, integration, and adoption of tools including Claude, Figma, Linear, Notion, Pylon, Mixpanel, Datadog, and Granola. You'll eliminate tools that don't earn their license, evaluate new solutions, eliminate copy-pasting between systems, and structure sources of truth (roadmap data, decision logs, product knowledge) so both people and agents can access them.
**Launch & Release Coordination**: Manage the product launch calendar, readiness criteria, and shipping records. You'll ensure announced features have actually shipped, work correctly, are documented internally and externally, and customers can use them on day one. You own the operational reality beneath Product Marketing's narrative.
**Early Access Programs**: Design and mature alpha, beta, and design partner programs. You'll define who gets in, what both sides commit to, how feedback is captured and routed, and readiness criteria for GA. This becomes increasingly important as the customer base scales to larger enterprises.
**Top-Level Metrics & Comms**: Own company-level product metrics and the North Star, pulling key metrics from each PM team into one coherent view. You'll shape the narrative around metrics, connect detail to company-level decisions, and bring in signals from pipeline, customer health, and actual usage. You'll own internal product communications (newsletter, release notifications), the external-facing roadmap deck, and ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing are never surprised by shipped features.
**Additional Responsibilities**: Keep technical documentation (integration guides, product reference material) accurate and track adoption. Run quarterly or semi-annual product and R&D events with clear agendas and outcomes.
You're a structured operator with low ego and a builder's instinct. You'd rather automate a problem than document it. You're hands-on—wiring integrations, writing Claude skills, pulling data, shipping dashboards. You treat the product org as your user: define the problem, build it, get adoption, measure impact, and kill what doesn't work.
