As Product Operations Manager for Cards & Spend Management, you'll be a hands-on analytical leader with real influence over the product roadmap. This role bridges data-driven decision-making with operational efficiency, requiring you to size opportunities, build business cases for roadmap investments, and own reporting that informs both product and go-to-market teams.
Key responsibilities include: sizing and building business cases for roadmap initiatives with real numbers; owning reporting and dashboards for the product area to measure shipped features and communicate results to product and GTM teams; turning customer and field feedback into actionable prioritization signals; leading analysis behind major forward-looking investment decisions; building AI-assisted workflows to accelerate research, synthesis, and reporting; partnering with data engineering and writing your own SQL queries; and surfacing risks and trade-offs early with options attached.
You'll work on high-impact projects such as protecting card spend through major payments migrations and rebuilding how customer feedback gets synthesized into prioritization. The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, spreadsheet modeling expertise, and the ability to work independently through complex business questions. You should have 3–6 years of experience in product operations, strategy and operations, growth operations, consulting, or similarly analytical cross-functional roles in high-growth environments.
