Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. They partner with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems. You will lead the expansion of Mistral's Product Operations function, reporting to Gianna Lengyel. Your mission is to design processes, tools, and data infrastructure that improve alignment between Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams, enabling seamless collaboration and accelerating feedback loops. Key responsibilities include: • Drive data and analytics: Ensure transparent reporting on customer engagements and product usage; partner with Data Science to develop dashboards and insights that inform product decisions. • Manage feedback loops and discovery: Build structured processes to collect and analyze product feedback; run early access programs and design partner tests. • Coordinate launches: Orchestrate product releases and enterprise launches, aligning product managers, marketers, engineers, and legal teams. • Build product rituals: Shape planning, review, and OKR routines; introduce tooling to streamline documentation and knowledge sharing. • Maintain product catalogue and documentation: Partner with technical writers to keep documentation current and accessible. • Standardize release cycles: Coordinate with Engineering and Science teams to manage release timelines and ensure reliability. You bring 5+ years in product operations, product management, or strategy/operations roles (e.g., chief of staff, consulting) in deep-tech or AI environments. You're comfortable working with data and analytics, turning usage data and feedback into actionable insights. You're a strong cross-functional collaborator experienced in aligning product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams. You have a process-oriented mindset and excel at building repeatable workflows. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence are essential. Fluency in English required; French is a plus. Experience with AI/ML products, pricing strategies, or consulting/finance backgrounds is valued. The role is based in Paris HQ with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office, with flexibility based on autonomy and context. The position has global scope.
