Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. This Product Operations role focuses on scaling the customer setup and onboarding experience—the critical journey from login and identity provisioning through first successful spend. You will own the operating systems that reduce customer friction across Ramp's onboarding funnel. This spans identity (login, invites, HRIS/SCIM provisioning, multi-entity setup), self-serve spend experience (policies, cards), and the transition between them. You'll translate customer signals into root causes, prioritized fixes, and proactive communication, measuring success through support tickets per active user, setup success rates, time to first spend, NPS, and speed from signal to shipped improvement. Key responsibilities include: providing holistic Product Operations support across program management, customer testing, launch readiness, and iteration; partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, CX, Sales, CSM, and Operations to convert customer feedback into crisp requirements and shipped improvements; identifying setup issues that cut across multiple product areas; building scalable cross-team operating cadences; and using AI tools to automate processes and directly ship friction-reducing improvements. You'll need 3+ years in product operations, product management, program management, consulting, customer success, or analytical roles supporting B2B SaaS. Strong data skills to size opportunities, diagnose root causes, and measure impact are essential. You should have customer judgment around onboarding and identity friction, ability to translate messy cross-functional input into clear action plans, comfort in ambiguous technical areas, and experience with AI tools for analysis and automation. The role values high agency, bias to ship, and measurable outcomes.
