Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own end-to-end processes and systems that power enterprise solutions. This role focuses on building operational infrastructure that makes implementations successful across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design and build the enablement operating model—developing playbooks, templates, readiness frameworks, and workflow integrations that make change enablement repeatable and consistent across initiatives.
• Create end-to-end enablement infrastructure by connecting existing platforms (feature tracking, LMS, communications tools) into a cohesive system where change impacts flow into communications plans, training is triggered by implementation milestones, and adoption data feeds back into project decisions.
• Establish a centralized knowledge hub with in-tool guidance and just-in-time micro-learning, plus regular communications cadences to keep users informed.
• Apply an AI-first mindset to operations—identifying where AI and automation can accelerate content creation, personalize training delivery, streamline stakeholder analysis, surface adoption risks, and reduce manual overhead.
• Design and operationalize a change network of local super users across the business to provide frontline feedback, reinforce adoption, and bridge implementation teams with affected users.
• Embed with implementation teams to pressure-test frameworks, identify process gaps, and drive improvements where enablement intersects with delivery.
• Build measurement and feedback infrastructure providing leadership visibility into enablement health (readiness scores, training completion, adoption signals, time-to-proficiency) alongside listening mechanisms like pulse checks and surveys.
• Establish content governance models that keep enablement materials accurate as systems evolve, defining clear ownership, standards, and templates.
• As the enablement operating model matures, expand into broader implementation operations—defining and improving processes, tooling, and standards for scoping, planning, delivering, and transitioning enterprise systems.
Required qualifications: 6+ years in operations, program management, change management, or enablement with direct experience building systems and processes that scale. Proven track record building operational infrastructure from scratch or significantly maturing existing operating models. Systems-thinking mindset with ability to integrate disconnected tools and workflows. Genuine curiosity about AI and its potential to transform operational work.
