Salary: USD 120,000 - 170,000 / annual
Suno is building the world's first creative entertainment platform powered by AI music generation. This role is the creative and technical hub for Suno's writing camps and studio activations—immersive experiences where musicians, producers, songwriters, and artists explore how AI can integrate into their existing creative workflows.
You'll execute end-to-end writing camp and studio partnership experiences, managing technical setup, on-site logistics, and creative facilitation from pre-production through wrap. You'll serve as the primary liaison and educator during these activations, delivering live demos, hands-on guidance, and real-time troubleshooting to help top-tier talent integrate Suno into their production processes. You'll demonstrate how AI tools can augment different stages of music-making—from ideation and production to experimentation—and help artists identify opportunities to accelerate their creative workflows.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to stay current on product developments, beta test new features in real creative settings, and translate artist feedback and technical insights into actionable product intelligence. You'll document learnings from each camp, synthesizing artist feedback, technical issues, and creative discoveries to inform the product roadmap. You'll also support the Director of Artist Partnerships in refining camp approaches based on hands-on learnings.
Travel is a core part of this role—you'll travel up to 80% of the time to writing camps across the US and occasionally internationally. When not traveling, you'll work 5 days per week at the New York office.
You bring 5+ years of experience at music or technology companies, with fluency bridging creative and technical domains. You're a musician, producer, or artist yourself with expert-level knowledge of music production, studio operations, recording techniques, and contemporary music-making workflows across multiple genres. You have a strong track record building relationships with artists, producers, studio staff, and music industry professionals, with credibility in creative communities. You're passionate about the intersection of music, creativity, and emerging technology, and genuinely enthusiastic about empowering artists to explore AI as a creative tool. You communicate exceptionally well—distilling technical concepts for creative audiences and translating creative needs into technical requirements. Experience with Suno or proven ability to rapidly master new music production platforms is expected.
