Salary: USD 92,000 - 110,000 / annual
Ripple is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join its New York team, reporting to the Product Operations Manager. You will support the scaling of Ripple's diverse product offerings by working closely with Product, Trading, Risk, Treasury, and Engineering teams to ensure reliable, fast, and repeatable execution and seamless 24x7 operations support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Trading, and Treasury to ensure timely settlement of crypto and fiat funds across products
- Reconciling positions and balances for various business operations, including company-issued stablecoins
- Understanding risks and requirements for different asset types, including cryptocurrencies, to enable quick responses to market activity and exceptions
- Recording transactions in systems to maintain accurate bookkeeping entries reflecting product and operational activities
- Becoming an expert in finance operational flows by working with key collaborators to document and detail existing processes
- Supporting a globally distributed customer base for 24x7 product offerings, including customer activity on weekends and holidays

REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant hands-on experience in operations and settlement, including reconciliation
- Proven experience monitoring venues and systems in real-time to uncover and resolve exceptions, breaks, and blocking issues
- Willingness to work a weekend shift pattern as required; the team operates during agreed business hours in shifts aligned to your region across a global follow-the-sun model
- High attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve and remain organized in a dynamic environment
- Dedicated with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement
- Experience with implementing off-the-shelf and in-house solutions
- Broad understanding of markets and instruments (cleared, OTC, crypto, derivatives)
- Familiarity with generally accepted accounting principles (advantageous)
- Experience with SQL and crafting queries for daily operations (plus)
- Experience with Agentic tools, ideally Claude or similar (plus)
