Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company's Lattice OS is an AI-powered operating system that converts thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers. Anduril brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military.
As a Product Operations Analyst, you will drive front-office operations connecting Anduril's sales organization to its production floor. This role bridges purchase order acceptance, contract coordination, order fulfillment, and reporting—with significant room to grow into broader Business Development and Program Management responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead the purchase order acceptance process in Salesforce by coordinating with customers, contracts, and legal teams to ensure POs are converted to contracts in Oracle and Salesforce timely. Facilitate NDAs with prospective clients via JIRA and complete customer-related forms and certifications.
• Execute Growth Ops Events (GOEs) end-to-end—the trigger from Business Development and Program Management that releases demand signals for purchasing and allocates resources against new sales. Track each GOE from initiation through handoff to production, resolve blockers, and ensure contractual obligations flow cleanly across BD, PM, and production.
• Assist in managing manufacturing order processing once products enter finished goods in Oracle, including creating sales orders, generating shippers, and triggering invoicing. Coordinate shipping activities through the ERP system to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Oracle on pipeline health, GOE cycle time, and production throughput. Analyze operational and sales data to identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and measure the impact of changes.
• Support the Business Development team in proposals and quoting activities, including developing compliance matrices, coordinating with Deal Teams on RFQ compliance forms, following up on COTS opportunities, and assisting with trade show preparation and product demonstrations.
• Serve as a connective point across BD, PM, and Production by standardizing recurring workflows and escalating schedule, resource, or capacity risks before they affect delivery. Partner with the Service Department Manager to coordinate post-sale support and ensure customer success through delivery and sustainment.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and drive tasks to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with business software tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); comfort learning new systems quickly. Salesforce, Oracle, and JIRA experience is a plus but not required
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
