Salary: USD 90,000 - 135,000 / annual

As Product Marketing Manager for Workplace, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for Verkada's visitor management, operational logistics, and crisis response product. This is a highly cross-functional role reporting to the Associate Director of Product Marketing. Key responsibilities include: - Leading new product launches from planning through execution, maximizing market impact - Developing competitive messaging and positioning based on user research, market insights, and product knowledge - Partnering with Product Management to define go-to-market plans, target markets, and activation strategies - Collaborating with Creative, Demand Generation, and Channel Marketing teams to drive pipeline through key assets (video, webinars, thought leadership, email nurture) - Working closely with Sales to understand product-market fit, gather customer feedback, and develop sales collateral to improve win rates - Becoming a product subject matter expert and cross-functional leader who unites Marketing, Sales, and Product teams - Enabling and motivating sales teams to effectively position and sell products You will be on-site at Verkada's San Mateo headquarters 5 days per week. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4 years of product marketing experience in a B2B tech environment, OR recently completed MBA with strong interest in transitioning into product marketing - Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Creative, and Marketing teams - Strong writing ability for various audiences, including technical content - Ability to help drive creative and content efforts across the marketing organization - Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
