RudderStack is a warehouse-native Customer Data Platform that helps companies build on top of their own data. The platform enables engineering, data, and AI teams to collect, unify, govern, and activate customer data while maintaining full ownership and control. Running directly on the customer's cloud data warehouse or lakehouse, RudderStack reduces data movement, improves governance, lowers infrastructure costs, and accelerates modern data and AI initiatives. The company is evolving from the industry's leading warehouse-native CDP into a fully Agentic CDP built for the AI era.
You will serve as a full-stack product marketer working across the entire marketing function. Your responsibilities include:
- Sharpen RudderStack's positioning and messaging to create a cohesive, convincing narrative across all channels and conversations in a crowded, fast-moving category.
- Run go-to-market for product launches end to end, including planning and execution of launches, campaigns, webinars, sponsorships, and partner and analyst work.
- Own the competitive program: track the landscape, maintain competitive materials, and provide sales with clear points of view to win against competitors.
- Equip sales with enablement assets they actually use—decks, talk tracks, one-pagers, objection handling—grounded in deep buyer understanding.
- Create content to carry strategy: announcement blogs, thought leadership on problems solved, web and ad copy, and social presence.
- Stay wired into product and business priorities, tracking the roadmap so your work reflects where the company is headed.
- Build streamlined processes with AI for core work where appropriate, applying critical thinking and human judgment where they create the most leverage.
This is a remote-first role based anywhere in the US, offering range and autonomy. You will work across product, sales, and the broader marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in product marketing at a fast-paced software company, owning GTM strategy and running major product launches with portfolio and results to show, OR 4+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing, owning data-driven campaigns end to end from targeting through execution and attribution.
- Strong grounding in the customer data tooling ecosystem; understanding of how tools for data collection, unification, and activation fit together; curiosity about market direction and your own point of view.
- Sharp writer who can also execute; comfortable shaping narrative and running the plan behind it.
- Comfort with ambiguity and bias to action; ability to see gaps and close them.
- No fear of technical detail; ability to learn a deep product quickly.
- Low ego, high ownership; ability to work across product, sales, and marketing to make those teams better.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience marketing to technical or developer-adjacent buyers.
- Background at a data infrastructure, martech, or developer tooling company.
