Revolut is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead trust and banking launch narratives globally. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, PR, and regulatory communications, turning compliance milestones and security features into credible public stories that resonate with regulators, media, and customers. You will own the narrative around Revolut's banking license launches and trust-building initiatives across markets. Key responsibilities include: • Transforming regulatory milestones (banking licenses, certifications) into compelling public narratives that serve as the source of truth for press, PR, and local teams • Leading creative direction with designers, PR agencies, and internal stakeholders to craft launch moments designed for earned media coverage and cultural relevance • Partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Government Affairs to ensure all communications are properly timed, framed, and approved • Developing and executing go-to-market campaigns for security features, fraud protection, data security, and other trust-building initiatives • Identifying gaps in public or institutional trust and developing standalone campaigns to address them • Measuring success through share of voice, press pickup, and brand metrics to demonstrate ROI • Building repeatable global frameworks and playbooks that enable consistent trust-building across markets without sacrificing creative differentiation This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can operate at the intersection of marketing, communications, and regulatory strategy. You'll work across time zones and cultures, managing remote teams and local agencies while maintaining a cohesive global brand narrative. REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience in PR/comms-led marketing, brand launches, or market entry in fast-paced global environments • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations with the ability to translate compliance milestones into public-facing stories (regulatory background not required, but the ability to learn and communicate regulatory concepts is essential) • Demonstrated ability to market trust and security topics in ways that reassure communities and build confidence • Experience running remote, cross-cultural launches with distributed teams and external agencies • Strong creative eye with hands-on experience leading art direction and creative strategy, not just writing briefs • Exceptional copywriting skills that adapt across different local media landscapes and cultural contexts • Systems thinking to build repeatable playbooks while keeping each launch distinct and culturally relevant • Analytical mindset to prove ROI through earned media metrics and brand measurement • Bias for action with ability to pivot between launches and trust campaigns on short notice NICE TO HAVE: • Experience in regulated industries such as fintech or banking
