Flywire is a global payments enablement and software company serving over 5,300 clients across education, healthcare, travel, and B2B industries. This Product Marketing Manager role focuses on the Travel vertical, which encompasses Hospitality (hotels and boutique accommodations) and Experiential (travel operators and DMCs). The role sits at the intersection of Product and Go-to-Market, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing.
You will own positioning, Ideal Customer Profiles, and messaging for Travel solutions, translating complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives. Key responsibilities include defining differentiated positioning and value propositions across Hospitality and Experiential segments, leading go-to-market strategy for launches and commercial initiatives, and ensuring consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
You will build and maintain high-quality enablement materials including decks, battlecards, demos, and value narratives to equip Sales and Relationship Management teams. You'll synthesize customer feedback, win-loss insights, and field input into actionable direction, building a strong understanding of travel and hospitality buyers, market dynamics, and competition. You will partner with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates, deal quality, and conversion, and support deal strategy in competitive situations.
The role emphasizes AI-driven execution—using AI to improve speed and quality across content, messaging, and research, experimenting with workflows that increase productivity and scalability, and helping shape how the team incorporates AI into day-to-day execution. You will connect product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution, bringing real feedback from the field back into how the company evolves both messaging and product direction.
