Plaid is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Payments to drive adoption and market positioning of Plaid's bank payments solutions. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy and go-to-market execution, helping Plaid become the method of choice for Billers, Fintechs, and Financial Institutions. In this role, you'll craft compelling positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of Plaid's payment solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. You'll conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and maintain Plaid's competitive advantage. Working closely with the Product team, you'll translate technical features into clear, customer-facing narratives and content. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Design, and Communications to create and distribute marketing collateral including presentations, case studies, one-pagers, blog posts, webinars, and website updates. You'll partner with Marketing teams to build integrated campaigns targeting key customer segments, driving product adoption and expansion. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in product marketing or other strategic GTM role at a B2B software company - Thoughtful, strategic thinker with bias for action; comfortable in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity - Outstanding written communication skills; able to develop marketing and sales collateral and articulate strategy to internal stakeholders - Strong verbal communication and presence; comfortable engaging with leaders at major fintechs and financial institutions - Proven success launching new solutions and driving market adoption - Desire to engage deeply with cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, and Sales - Fintech payments experience in fast-paced environments is a strong nice-to-have
