As a Product Marketing Manager for Mac & iPad at Apple, you will own and drive the product-centric marketing strategy for these product lines. You'll represent the customer throughout the product journey from concept through development and launch, developing insights that infuse innovative features into product development. Your key responsibilities include articulating the product opportunity in market and providing product insight and leadership from introduction through end-of-life to Marketing and Sales organizations. You will execute product launches with excellence, contribute to annual marketing plans that outline growth opportunities, and serve as the liaison between the German market and worldwide product marketing teams. You'll influence the product feature roadmap with clear recommendations that improve customer experience and become a visible member of the Product Marketing team. As the geographic expert for Germany, you will leverage product and market insights to capture local requirements and communicate them to Worldwide Product Marketing and other stakeholders. You'll be the guardian of product messaging and positioning across every customer touchpoint, possess expert knowledge of competitive and third-party products, and make pricing and forecasting recommendations to management and cross-functional teams. You'll build influence across multiple internal functions and divisions, working collaboratively with design, engineering, finance, legal, marketing communications, public relations, market research, sales, and support teams. The role requires strong analytical skills to distill business and customer insights into actionable recommendations, excellent presentation abilities in both English and German, and the ability to craft compelling product stories. Minimum qualifications include experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles in Germany; familiarity with Apple hardware, software, and services; technical fluency to translate complex features into consumer benefits; and flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time. Preferred qualifications include an MS/MA/MBA degree, deep project management skills, experience working with international teams, and a problem-solving mindset.
