Orbital is an AI platform for real estate legal work, trusted by 5,000+ real estate professionals across UK Magic Circle and US Am Law 100 firms, as well as household names like M&S. The company has raised $75m to date, including a recent $60m Series B led by Brighton Park Capital, and is built by former practising real estate lawyers with 250+ years of combined legal expertise.
You will lead how Orbital's product releases are brought to market and adopted. As the product and release cadence grows, you'll turn a steady stream of new capabilities into clear, compelling stories for customers, prospects and the wider market. This is a high-autonomy role at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Customer Success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead product launches end to end, owning go-to-market strategy and execution for a portfolio of product and feature launches, from defining audience and customer value through messaging, channel strategy, timing and measurement.
- Run and evolve the launch programme by implementing the existing launch framework across Product and Marketing, managing roadmap intake, launch tiering and a single launch calendar.
- Develop positioning and messaging that turns complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions resonating with customers, prospects and the wider market.
- Drive awareness and adoption by planning how releases are brought to market across in-product messaging, email, changelog, website and other channels.
- Own the external product changelog, building and managing a clear, useful and current view of what's new in Orbital.
- Evolve the Help Centre by partnering with Product and Customer Support to keep product education accurate, useful and up to date, improving the experience through stronger written, visual and video content.
- Raise the quality of product marketing by creating clear standards, templates and guidance that help teams communicate new capabilities effectively.
- Measure launch impact by defining and tracking success metrics across awareness, activation and adoption.
- Partner across go-to-market teams including Revenue Enablement, Customer Success and the wider Marketing team.
You'll work closely with the Senior Product Marketing Manager, who leads overarching product positioning and Tier 1 launches. You'll independently own a high volume of product and feature launches while contributing to Tier 1 launches. You'll also partner closely with Product Managers across UK and US products, Revenue Enablement, Customer Success, Product Design and the wider Marketing team.
In your first few months, you'll build a deep understanding of the product, customers, market and current launch process, embed the launch framework and calendar across the product organisation, launch the external changelog, and take ownership of your first major product launch.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong track record of leading product launches end to end.
- Strong product storyteller who can quickly understand technical or complex capabilities, identify why they matter to the market, and turn that into clear, differentiated messaging.
- Excellent writer and editor with clarity and precision; ability to improve other people's work without losing underlying expertise.
- Strong cross-functional operator comfortable managing multiple launches, stakeholders and timelines at once, with ability to create structure that keeps work moving.
- Good judgement and influence; ability to make clear recommendations about priorities, timing and messaging, build alignment across teams, and challenge constructively.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and understand how individual capabilities contribute to broader product and market narrative.
- Customer and data-led approach; desire to understand how customers use the product and use qualitative and quantitative signals to improve launches and adoption.
- Comfortable working at pace with a product that evolves quickly, balancing speed with high standard of execution.
- Confident using AI tools in your own work to speed up and refine processes.
- Experienced working across global teams and markets; comfortable collaborating across time zones to support both UK and US products.
- Familiar with product adoption and customer communication tools such as Intercom, Pendo, Appcues, Beamer or similar.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in legal tech, real estate, proptech or another complex or expertise-led B2B market.
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to a Help Centre, knowledge base or customer education programme.
- Experience marketing AI products, particularly products that evolve quickly and where trust matters.
