Salary: USD 131,000 - 181,000 / annual

Chime is hiring a Growth Product Marketing Manager to drive growth across key parts of the member funnel. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to identify opportunities, execute experiments, and improve the member experience from acquisition through activation. In this role, you'll combine strong marketing fundamentals with a data-driven mindset. You'll use research, experimentation, and performance insights to optimize growth initiatives, improve conversion, and contribute to business goals. This is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning through experimentation, and making measurable impact on member growth. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, activation, and early retention - Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, and experiment results to identify growth opportunities - Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences - Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities and sizing potential impact - Create and optimize messaging, offers, and member experiences across owned and paid channels - Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive member journeys from acquisition through onboarding - Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders You bring 4–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing. You have a track record developing and executing growth strategies, experiments, or campaigns that drove measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, or engagement. Strong product marketing fundamentals including customer research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning are essential. You're comfortable partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Lifecycle) and translating customer insights and business objectives into compelling messaging and user experiences. Strong analytical skills, data fluency, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.
