Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual
Prizeout is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and positioning for its fintech products. In this role, you will develop clear, consistent messaging across Prizeout's product suite and build GTM strategies for new products, features, and integrations. You'll translate complex product functionality into compelling narratives for partners, employees, and end users, serving as a critical bridge between customer-facing teams and Product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining clear positioning and messaging across all Prizeout products
- Building comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products, features, integrations, and enhancements
- Translating complex product functionality into simple, compelling stories for diverse audiences
- Partnering with Product to understand roadmap and proactively prepare teams and partners for releases
- Developing deep understanding of partners and end users—how they discover, adopt, and engage with Prizeout products
- Analyzing product adoption, engagement, and usage data to identify growth opportunities
- Creating employee and partner training materials and equipping Sales with supporting resources
- Acting as a bridge between customer-facing teams and Product, ensuring partner and user insights inform product and GTM decisions
This is a full-time, in-office role based in NYC (5 days/week). The company operates in a fast-moving environment where roles and processes are still evolving, requiring flexibility and ownership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, product growth, product management, or related role
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and customer-facing teams
- Experience in fintech, loyalty, rewards, or at a startup strongly preferred
- Ability to take complex products or ideas and turn them into simple, compelling stories
- Strong strategic thinking paired with ability to execute and manage details
- Analytical mindset and comfort using data to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where roles and processes are still evolving
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. indefinitely (no visa sponsorship available)
