Salary: USD 105,000 - 120,000 / annual
GoGuardian is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market execution and contribute to product marketing strategy across its K-12 learning solutions portfolio, with a meaningful focus on customer lifecycle marketing strategy.
You will work across multiple products in the portfolio, partnering closely with product, go-to-market, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth, deepen product adoption, and deliver ongoing value to customers. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Product Marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Marketing:**
- Support development and execution of go-to-market strategies for products across multiple segments
- Partner with senior product marketing leadership to develop product positioning and messaging
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities
- Own execution of product launches and feature releases, including coordinating timelines, developing briefs, and ensuring cross-functional alignment
- Create high-quality assets such as sales collateral, product one-pagers, presentations, and digital content
- Support sales enablement efforts by developing materials, training content, and internal documentation
**Customer Lifecycle Marketing:**
- Strategize, collaborate on design, and oversee execution of customer lifecycle marketing programs—onboarding, adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and renewal campaigns—that drive measurable engagement, ARR pipeline, and retention
- Own segmentation and lifecycle email/nurture programs, using customer data to trigger timely, relevant touchpoints throughout the customer journey
- Analyze campaign, lifecycle, and product performance data to identify insights and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team
- Contribute to scalable processes and workflows that improve team efficiency

**Requirements:**
- 4-6 years of product marketing or related experience (marketing, product, sales enablement, customer/lifecycle marketing) in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience developing strategic product marketing plans, including positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market planning
- Experience supporting product launches or campaigns from planning through execution
- Experience building and executing customer lifecycle programs (onboarding, adoption, renewal, retention, upsell/cross-sell campaigns)
- Familiarity with lifecycle/marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Braze, or similar) and using customer data to inform campaign triggers and segmentation
- Ability to synthesize customer insights, market data, and product information into clear, compelling messaging
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data including engagement, adoption, and retention metrics, and translate into actionable insights
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-centric mindset and curiosity about the K-12 education landscape
- Understanding of the K-12 education market is preferred
