MaintainX, a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams (now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions), is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy for assigned product pillars.
You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and work alongside one to three product managers and their engineering teams. Your core responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end launch planning and execution for mid-tier (P2) products, and lead major workstreams on flagship (P1) launches, ensuring sales and customer teams are fully prepared at launch.
- Develop messaging, positioning, and product naming in collaboration with product counterparts to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions for both buyers and frontline technicians.
- Create launch collateral, video scripts, and sales enablement materials that accelerate rep productivity and customer adoption.
- Partner with Demand Generation on campaign messaging and review all go-to-market communications.
- Leverage analytics tools, customer conversations, and market research to understand buyer behavior, own adoption goals shared with your product counterpart, and review progress weekly.
Within 6–12 months, product, sales, and marketing teams should view you as the authority on your assigned products. You'll have autonomy to set strategy with your product counterpart and bring recommendations to leadership. Priorities shift quarterly based on business needs.
MaintainX serves 13,000+ customers including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL, and Volvo, managing 13.9 million assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. The company recently joined Autodesk's Operations Solutions, which unifies design, make, and operate phases into one continuous lifecycle.
