You will own product launches from alpha through general availability, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. Your responsibilities include:
- Plan and execute end-to-end launches for mid-tier (P2) products and lead major workstreams on flagship (P1) launches, ensuring sales and customer teams are prepared at launch.
- Develop messaging, positioning, and naming in collaboration with product managers to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions for buyers and frontline technicians.
- Create marketing collateral, video scripts, and sales enablement materials that accelerate deal closure and customer adoption.
- Partner with Demand Generation on campaign messaging and review all go-to-market materials.
- Leverage analytics tools, customer conversations, and market research to understand buyer behavior and own adoption metrics reviewed weekly with your product counterpart.
Within 6-12 months, you will be recognized as the expert on your products across product, sales, and marketing teams. You'll have autonomy to set strategy with your product counterpart and present recommendations to leadership. Priorities shift quarterly based on business needs.
