Listen Labs is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to build the strategic foundation for go-to-market execution. You will own sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and end-to-end feature launches for key products, partnering closely with GTM leadership to scale the business.
Listen Labs is an AI research platform that conducts in-depth customer interviews, analyzes conversations, and delivers executive-ready insights in hours rather than weeks. Founded by serial entrepreneurs and backed by $100M in funding from Ribbit Capital, Sequoia, Conviction, and Pear VC, the company has achieved 15x annualized revenue growth, completed over 2 million interviews, and serves 15% of Fortune 100 companies including Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, Sweetgreen, Replit, and Nestlé.
In this senior individual contributor role, you will:
- Own positioning, messaging, pitch development, talk tracks, objection handling, and demo narratives across all customer segments
- Design and build GTM enablement programs to help new reps (many without research backgrounds) reach their first win faster
- Build AI-powered tooling that enables the go-to-market team to self-serve up-to-date assets, messaging, and positioning
- Own the competitive landscape analysis and win/loss program
- Run feature launches from positioning through enablement and adoption tracking
You are hands-on and resourceful, comfortable moving between high-level strategy and execution (positioning frameworks, sales one-pagers, launch emails). You have built enablement programs from scratch, serve as a trusted advisor to sales teams, and can diagnose when talk tracks are failing. You've owned launches end-to-end and can articulate decisions, outcomes, and learnings. You are a strong writer with portfolio work you're proud of, fluent with modern AI tools for research and content creation, and thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Sales and/or consulting experience is a plus
- Nice-to-have: experience supporting rapidly growing sales teams, sales/research/product/founding/early marketing background, experience running launches at companies shipping weekly
