Ivo builds AI products that help enterprises solve complex contracting and procurement problems. The company works with customers like Meta, Uber, IBM, Intel, DoorDash, Mitsubishi Electric, and Coinbase, and recently raised Series B funding after 6x growth in 12 months.
As Product Marketing Manager, you will define and execute go-to-market strategies for Ivo's AI contract review and intelligence products. You'll develop messaging, positioning, and product narratives that clarify who the products serve, what problems they solve, and what differentiates Ivo in a rapidly evolving market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Enablement, and Marketing teams to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and growth
- Equip GTM teams (sales reps and CSMs) with context, messaging, materials, and talk tracks for selling new products and features
- Scale Ivo's win-loss process by synthesizing customer and deal feedback, then translating findings into actionable plans for GTM, Product, Enablement, and Marketing
- Maintain current competitive positioning through market tracking, battlecards, comparison guidance, and objection handling
- Execute high-priority GTM initiatives including collateral, vertical positioning, and messaging for new buyer segments (particularly in procurement)
- Feed customer feedback, objections, win reasons, and market changes back into Ivo's positioning and product strategy
You'll work in a fast-moving environment where the company ships quickly, is expanding from legal into procurement, and competes in a market that changes weekly. This role requires strong judgment about prioritization when launches, competitive work, customer research, and GTM requests overlap.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of product marketing or closely related B2B SaaS experience, calibrated to the scope of work owned and results delivered
- Strong writing and synthesis skills; ability to translate complex product, customer, and market information into clear messaging and useful materials
- Proven experience partnering with GTM teams to launch, sell, and drive adoption of complex products
- Comfort conducting customer interviews and converting qualitative feedback into clear findings and actionable plans
- Good judgment about resource allocation in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment
- Proactive, self-directed approach; ability to build new processes without a mature playbook
- Experience with win-loss analysis, competitive marketing, field enablement, legal technology, procurement, or vertical SaaS is helpful but not required
- Preferred: startup experience and a "do what it takes" attitude; relentless resourcefulness; strong internal sense of urgency; ability to move fast and communicate clearly
