BVNK, now part of Mastercard, is a stablecoin-powered financial stack for enterprises enabling businesses to build financial products, unlock new markets, and move money across 130+ countries. The company processes billions annually and is trusted by industry leaders like Corpay, Worldpay, Deel, and Flywire. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own and scale the sales enablement function, ensuring the commercial team has clarity, confidence, and tools to win deals consistently. This role focuses on building a high-performance enablement system spanning product education, competitive intelligence, and AI-driven workflows that remove friction from the sales process. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure teams deeply understand what BVNK sells, how to win, and how to position the company in live deals with instant access to narratives, materials, and answers at every funnel stage. Key responsibilities include: **Customer Insights & Voice of Customer:** Design and own a structured customer insights programme capturing use cases, objections, blockers and feature requests. Run customer interviews, surveys, win/loss and churn analysis. Segment customers by vertical, use case and product usage to find adoption gaps and expansion opportunities. Turn insights into positioning updates, product feedback and campaign priorities. Deliver regular insights readouts to Product, Sales and Leadership. **Customer Communications:** Own the customer communications strategy and calendar across product launches, feature releases, changes and deprecations. Build lifecycle communications from onboarding through activation, expansion and retention across email, in-product, webinars and account-led channels. Create customer-facing assets such as release notes, product updates, onboarding guides, FAQs and use case content. Give account managers and CSMs messaging and talk tracks for customer conversations. Set standards for clear, consistent and compliant communications working with Legal and Compliance. **Product Adoption Campaigns:** Plan and run campaigns driving adoption of new and underused products among existing customers. Set target segments, objectives and success metrics for each campaign, coordinating delivery across Marketing, Sales, CS and Product. Run cross-sell and upsell programmes based on customer usage and fit. Test messaging, channels and offers, adjusting based on performance. Report on activation, adoption, time-to-value and expansion revenue. **Customer-Facing Enablement & Systems:** Maintain a single source of truth for product, positioning and capability information used by customer-facing teams. Brief customer-facing teams on each launch. Track competitor activity affecting retention and expansion. Automate repeatable workflows such as insight capture, campaign reporting and comms production using AI and tooling (e.g. n8n, LLMs). The role offers hybrid working with offices in London and NYC, flexible hours, meaningful equity ownership through an employee option scheme, flexible holiday, and opportunities to travel to offices worldwide. **Requirements:** - Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto/stablecoin infrastructure - Track record of building sales enablement programmes and systems, not just content - Strong understanding of competitive positioning and market intelligence frameworks - Experience implementing automation and AI tooling in marketing or sales workflows - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing - Structured, systems-thinking mindset with bias for execution
