Harmonic.ai is a platform helping startups get discovered by investors, customers, partners, and talent. The Growth team owns the Harmonic brand, product narrative, and marketing across all channels (inbound and outbound), reporting directly to the CEO. The team is the driving force behind winning new multi-billion-dollar market segments. Harmonic built its foundation serving the world's best VCs and is now expanding into the corporate segment (a $100B+ industry) where innovation is a board-level mandate.
As Product Marketing Lead, you will own product marketing end-to-end:
- Define the narrative that shows target segments (investors, enterprise innovation teams, and GTM teams) what Harmonic's data and products make possible
- Build collateral (talk tracks, battle cards, product documentation) so GTM can win new business and earn expansion
- Own product launches, including media mix and collateral strategy, ensuring every launch reaches the right people and showcases Harmonic's value
You will be fluent across the entire marketing function, understanding how positioning, demand, brand, and enablement interconnect. You'll work cross-functionally with sales and product leadership to drive growth and market expansion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-8 years in B2B marketing at a high-growth company, including end-to-end ownership of product positioning and launches
- Fluent in the whole marketing function; understand how positioning, demand, brand, and enablement feed each other
- Plain, precise copy that is hard to misread; ability to adjust messaging across different audiences
- High quality bar; commitment to excellence
- Deep understanding of audience motivations and what they are trying to accomplish
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action
- Follow startups closely and understand the startup ecosystem
- Bonus: Experience marketing to investors, corporate development, or strategy teams
