CarbonFarm is hiring a Product Marketing & Communications Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for its Measurement, Reporting & Verification (MRV) platform—a satellite-based system that quantifies emissions reductions in rice farming and connects farmers to carbon-based financial incentives.
You will own positioning, messaging, and packaging for the MRV platform and adjacent products. This includes translating complex technical and methodological concepts into clear narratives that resonate with both commercial buyers and technical stakeholders. You'll develop and maintain a comprehensive messaging system (core narrative, pillars, proof points, FAQs) to keep sales, marketing, and product aligned.
Key responsibilities include:
**Sales Enablement**: Create and maintain pitch decks, demo storylines, product guides, one-pagers, solution briefs, objection handling docs, and customer onboarding materials. Ensure consistent, accurate communication around MRV evidence, auditability, and platform limitations.
**New Product Strategy**: Frame and test value propositions for new and adjacent products. Conduct lightweight discovery through customer calls, partner feedback, and pipeline analysis to develop hypotheses about target markets, winning narratives, and recommended packaging. Iterate messaging based on real deal feedback.
**Customer & Market Insights**: Run structured customer and partner interviews; synthesize insights into messaging, enablement, and product inputs. Track competitor approaches and maintain a current view of market positioning.
**Product Marketing Content**: Own core product marketing content (product page copy, solution briefs, explainers, diagrams, partner collateral). Collaborate with content marketing to reinforce awareness and positioning.
**External Brand & Communications**: Own CarbonFarm's external narrative and brand expression across LinkedIn, social, website, conferences, and events. Write and publish high-quality content translating MRV concepts into market-facing messaging. Produce lightweight visual assets (diagrams, slides, social graphics) and maintain consistent branding. Support event presence end-to-end.
You'll work directly with sales, marketing, and technical teams. The role requires ability to maintain consistent overlap with both Asia and European working hours.
