Cantina Labs is a social AI company building advanced real-time models that power creative expression and social connection. As Lifecycle Product Manager, you'll own the end-to-end user journey across email, push, and in-product messaging—including deep-linked landing pages and post-click experiences that complete the loop. You'll develop a comprehensive understanding of how users move through Cantina, translate that into a lifecycle strategy focused on activation, retention, and resurrection, and partner with Data and Engineering to launch, measure, and iterate. This is a hands-on role with company-wide visibility where you'll write strategy, ship journeys, run experiments, and align senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include owning the lifecycle roadmap across onboarding, activation, continuation, retention, resurrection, and monetization; designing and optimizing email, push, and in-product messaging templates; building evidence-based user journey analysis combining product analytics, cohort/funnel analysis, and qualitative research; designing and running rigorous experiments with focus on incremental value, not vanity metrics; partnering with Data to build measurement infrastructure; partnering with Engineering to ship campaigns end-to-end; defining operating models for lifecycle at scale; and communicating strategy to senior stakeholders. You'll bring 6+ years in product management, growth, lifecycle/CRM, or retention—ideally in consumer mobile or AI products at scale. You need demonstrated ownership of lifecycle programs that moved real business metrics, strong SQL and BI tool fluency (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Looker), hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io), rigorous experimentation judgment, technical fluency across event/identity models, APIs, deep linking, and push/email infrastructure, excellent cross-functional communication, and craft-level instinct for messaging. Preferred experience includes AI/consumer-social products, multi-market lifecycle, and building lifecycle tooling.
