You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for U.S. equities trading products, including margin trading, short selling, and options trading. This is a high-impact role requiring you to define product requirements and drive cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Risk, Trading, Operations, Compliance, and Clearing Brokers.
Key responsibilities include designing margin, buying power, risk control, and liquidation workflows that balance user experience, regulatory requirements, and platform risk. You'll collaborate with clearing brokers and upstream providers to integrate financing, securities lending, option clearing, and settlement capabilities. You'll coordinate with Legal and Compliance to ensure products meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
You bring 4+ years of fintech product experience, with at least 2+ years focused on U.S. equities brokerage products. You have deep expertise in either client-facing areas (market data, markets & discovery, stock-level content) or trading back-end (trading, accounts, clearing & settlement), plus working knowledge of the other domain with willingness to ramp quickly. You possess deep understanding of U.S. equities trading, settlement, and clearing; solid grasp of market data, financial statements, valuation metrics, and corporate actions. You excel at PRD craft with field-level definitions, calculation formulas, state machines, and edge-case coverage. You are responsive, self-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and deliver high quality within established frameworks.
