As Product Manager for the Vibe team, you will define and execute strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work—the company's flagship AI-driven productivity interfaces.
Mistral Vibe Code is a coding assistant for developers and engineering teams, offering developer-native interfaces (CLI, IDE, web) to help users write, understand, refactor, and ship code. It leverages Mistral's advanced models, integrates repository context, and uses tooling and agentic workflows to automate and enhance development.
Mistral Vibe Work is an agentic productivity environment for enterprise knowledge work, enabling business users to complete complex multi-step tasks like research, reporting, and automations across company knowledge, tools, and workflows. AI agents drive these processes, facilitating team collaboration and high-value execution.
You will shape the next generation of AI-driven productivity tools, moving beyond conversational AI to redefine how professionals interact with information and create content. You'll empower millions of users by combining Mistral's cutting-edge models with contextual understanding, tool integration, and intelligent automation.
Key responsibilities include: setting vision and strategy for both Vibe products; leading market and UX research to uncover unmet needs and competitive gaps; driving end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration; partnering with design and research to craft intuitive experiences; collaborating with marketing and sales on pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies; aligning engineering, design, and business teams around priorities; and maintaining a dynamic roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a distributed, collaborative environment. This role requires strategic vision, technical depth, business acumen, and user obsession—bridging the gap between AI innovation and real-world productivity.
