Reonic is building an AI operating system for renewable energy installers, helping them plan, sell, and manage solar, battery storage, and heat pump solutions. The company serves 3,000+ paying B2B customers and is growing rapidly.
As Product Manager with a UX/UI focus, you will own product problems end-to-end—from discovery and problem definition through prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration. You'll work closely with customers, design, engineering, and leadership to understand user needs and bring solutions to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, with significant autonomy
- Shape intuitive, efficient user experiences by turning complex workflows into simple solutions
- Conduct customer research, analyze feedback and usage data, and develop deep understanding of how renewable installers work
- Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to solve the right problems
- Design and prototype hands-on using wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts; iterate with users and team before development
- Maintain high standards for usability, consistency, accessibility, and visual quality
- Balance user needs with business impact, technical feasibility, and available data
- Collaborate closely with engineering throughout development; communicate requirements clearly and make pragmatic trade-off decisions
- Treat shipping as the beginning—measure outcomes, collect feedback, and continuously improve
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and product development
You'll have significant ownership and the opportunity to directly shape how the product looks, feels, and works. The role emphasizes a hands-on, product-thinking approach combined with a strong eye for design.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product design, UX/UI, or similar product-focused role, ideally in a startup or fast-growing product environment
- Strong product sense: think naturally about customer problems, business impact, and outcomes
- UX/UI expertise: deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability
- Hands-on approach: comfortable with Figma, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing ideas, and iterating on designs
- Customer obsession: enjoy talking to users and translating qualitative feedback into clear product opportunities
- Comfort with ambiguity: can structure unclear problems, identify what matters, and move toward solutions
- Strong communication: clearly explain product decisions, design rationale, and trade-offs to engineers, designers, leadership, and stakeholders
- Ownership mindset: take responsibility for outcomes, make decisions, and follow problems through to measurable impact
- Technical curiosity: enjoy working with engineers and understanding technical constraints and possibilities
- AI-native mindset: curious about how AI can improve both products and product development processes
The company encourages applications even if you don't meet every requirement and values talent and passion above all.
