Kapital Grupo Financiero is seeking a Product Manager to lead the expansion and development of its global payments network, with a focus on SWIFT integration. You will own the strategy, execution, and governance of payment system integration projects, working across technical, legal, and compliance teams to implement international payment standards (SWIFT/ISO 20022).
Key responsibilities include:
- Expanding the global payments network by establishing new SWIFT connections and payment corridors
- Leading cross-functional integration projects, managing phases, SWIFT/ISO 20022 standards compliance, and coordination with Systems, Legal, and Compliance teams
- Designing payment strategy, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress and risks to executive leadership
- Managing the full product lifecycle for payment solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in payment systems and interbank messaging (MT/MX protocols, ISO 20022)
- Deep knowledge of national and international payment systems, SWIFT messaging standards (MT103, MT940, pacs.008, pacs.009), project management, and process reengineering
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency
- Strong understanding of SWIFT/ISO 20022 standards and their implementation
Desirable:
- SCRUM Product Owner certification
- Experience with regulatory compliance in payments
