Bevi is transforming beverage delivery and consumption through connected IoT machines that eliminate single-use bottles and cans. The company has raised over $160M in venture capital, serves thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, and has saved over 1 billion bottles from waste.
You will own the software platform that powers Bevi's entire operation—the connective tissue between machines in buildings, technicians in the field, and partners managing operations. This is a single-product role by design, with a dedicated cross-functional squad behind you.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product ownership end-to-end**: Execute a clear vision while evolving it based on learning. Translate strategy into actionable decisions for engineers and designers. Manage the backlog with discipline, saying no often and explaining tradeoffs clearly. Establish and maintain a shipping cadence with quality discipline.
**Squad leadership and culture**: Partner daily with dedicated engineers and designers. Build the operating rhythm with your tech lead—how work gets sized, decisions get recorded, and success gets measured. Coordinate across other software squads when work intersects.
**User understanding**: Conduct regular field visits and service ride-alongs with partners, technicians, and internal teams. Work with Design and Research as genuine partners in discovery. Use evidence to prioritize where the product is weakest.
**Data-driven decisions**: Define success metrics and instrument the product to measure adoption and engagement. Build an experimentation practice—form hypotheses, ship tests, analyze learnings, and act. Use fleet and behavioral data to identify friction and size opportunities.
**Platform strategy**: Shape how the platform exposes data and workflows to partner systems. Work with Engineering on access, permissions, and data-model decisions for safe scaling. Determine where automation and intelligence genuinely help versus add noise.
The role sits at the intersection of physical and digital—every screen you ship traces back to a machine in a building, a technician on a route, and a partner's operational decision. The vision and near-term roadmap are set and resourced; your decisions will determine whether the transformation from reactive reporting to predictive, action-oriented software succeeds.
