As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and execution for core platform features. You'll own the complete product development lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap definition through launch and iteration. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing and communicating product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals, balancing the needs of multiple user types and stakeholders
• Organizing customer feedback from sales, marketing, customer success, and support teams into clear product direction
• Driving cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams
• Conducting direct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Managing stakeholder alignment with senior leadership and product teams
• Owning features end-to-end and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
You bring 5+ years of product management experience building platform products, with a technical background (degree or equivalent). You have hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and GitHub. You're data-driven, comfortable in ambiguous spaces, and passionate about elegant design and customer-centric thinking. Domain knowledge of CRM, customer experience, or customer support is highly valued. You communicate complex concepts clearly and naturally take ownership of large, multi-faceted projects.
