Unison is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the operations technology platform that powers the company's lending, servicing, and customer experience business. This role has broad ownership of the Salesforce ecosystem—including core CRM, workflow automation, the integration layer connecting Salesforce to origination and servicing systems, Marketing Cloud, and emerging AI agents. You will define the roadmap and prioritization for operations technology across the entire platform. Key responsibilities include mapping end-to-end operational workflows and leading improvements across account management, application processing, underwriting, funding, and servicing, with a focus on eliminating manual handoffs through better orchestration, approval processes, routing rules, and document generation. You'll partner with marketing to enhance customer engagement journeys using Marketing Cloud while ensuring proper user consent and preference management for SMS and email. You'll identify high-impact opportunities for AI agents in case deflection, agent-assist summarization, next-best-action routing, and document intake, then lead efforts to define grounding data, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and success metrics. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Operations, Underwriting, Fulfillment, Servicing, Customer Service, Marketing, and Compliance to understand needs, refine requirements, and prioritize competing demands. You'll translate business requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and run agile delivery with Salesforce developers, admins, and platform engineering teams. You'll establish metrics, instrument them, and iterate based on results. You'll also identify new technology opportunities and lead build-versus-buy-versus-configure decisions, communicating trade-offs clearly to keep business priorities and technical delivery aligned.
