CreatorIQ is seeking a Product Manager to own the Safety & Compliance product suite, which includes SafeIQ, an always-on brand safety system that uses multimodal AI classification to flag content risks across audio, video, images, and text. You'll work with enterprise customers including Google, LVMH, Nestlé, and Sephora to ensure their creator marketing campaigns remain brand-safe, compliant with regulations, and properly disclosed. In this role, you will: - Own the end-to-end in-app brand safety review and workflow experience, focusing on shortening the path from AI flagging to confident human decision-making. You'll ship, measure, learn, and iterate continuously. - Decide how AI classification surfaces to users: severity levels, categories, confidence thresholds, review states, and false-positive handling. Partner with data science on model behavior across modalities and determine where humans must stay in the loop. Ensure every flag is explainable and auditable. - Own compliance beyond content risk, including FTC sponsorship and ad disclosure guidelines, music licensing and rights clearance, legal drinking age (LDA) rules for alcohol promotion, and GDPR and regional privacy requirements. Work with Legal, Trust & Safety, and regional compliance stakeholders to stay ahead of regulatory change without slowing workflows. - Understand business nuance for API contracts, webhook payloads, and data models so customers can integrate safety and compliance signals into their own systems. - Collaborate with GTM on positioning, packaging, and enablement to ensure the product offering aligns with regulatory requirements and customer needs. CreatorIQ is a fast-growing, venture-backed company headquartered in Los Angeles with offices globally. The company processes over 250 million social posts daily and serves 1,300+ organizations. The role operates in a flexible hybrid model with distributed teams across NA, EU, and APAC timezones; most work is async with occasional synchronous calls. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years in product management or equivalent technical product ownership in B2B SaaS - Strong product taste; ability to distinguish good UX from poor AI-generated outputs and articulate why - Critical, independent thinking; don't take model outputs, legal requirements, stakeholder requests, or roadmap items at face value - Ability to translate dense, ambiguous regulatory or licensing requirements into clear, buildable workflows for engineers - Understanding of AI classification pipeline basics: inference, confidence thresholds, false positives/negatives, and human review loops - Comfort with API contracts, webhooks, and role-based access; able to write requirements with engineers - Focus on solving real user problems over shipping features for their own sake - Curious, self-driven, low-ego mindset; ownership mentality; comfortable with distributed, async-first teams NICE TO HAVE: - Experience with trust and safety, content moderation, risk scoring, or compliance tooling - Experience with multimodal AI, content classification, or ML evaluation workflows - Knowledge of regulated content and privacy rules: FTC disclosure guidelines, music/content licensing, alcohol promotion, GDPR, CCPA - Experience shipping customer-facing APIs, webhooks, or enterprise integrations - Familiarity with social media platforms, martech, or influencer workflows
