The Revenue Tools Product team owns the vision, roadmap, and user experience for Samsara's core Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, driving seller experience and enabling the sales organization.
As Senior Product Manager for Revenue Tools, you will drive strategy and solve high-impact, ambiguous problems across multiple teams while influencing the long-term strategic direction of the sales technology stack. You'll own a significant module of the core GTM tools, delivering substantial impact and contributing to the company's GTM strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead deep user research to identify and anticipate seller pain points and future GTM tooling needs
- Draft comprehensive PRDs and design artifacts (wireframes) aligned with business goals and automated workflows
- Oversee feature execution and drive rigorous usability testing with GTMS, Sales Ops, and AI + Data Analytics teams
- Coordinate all aspects of product releases, including change management, enablement, and documentation for field adoption
- Define and track KPIs and adoption metrics to measure business impact and inform rapid roadmap iterations
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team)
Required qualifications:
- 5–8 years of GTM tooling experience in fast-paced SaaS environments
- Established subject matter expertise in GTM tooling with a track record of delivering substantial impact across multiple tools
- Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear requirements and solutions
- Experience leveraging AI to solve high-impact business problems
This is a remote position open to US candidates outside the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area. No relocation assistance provided.
