Reonic is building an AI operating system for renewable energy installers, helping them manage solar, battery storage, and heat pump solutions. The company serves 3,000+ paying B2B customers and is growing rapidly. As Product Manager for QA & Release Coordination, you will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers. You'll own the full lifecycle of release testing and coordination, ensuring new features are thoroughly tested before reaching customers. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinate testing for upcoming releases and continuously test new features during development, identifying issues early and providing actionable feedback to engineering - Track features, changes, dependencies, and release timelines; act as a communication hub between product, engineering, and other teams - Think beyond technical functionality to assess edge cases, usability, customer workflows, and overall product experience impact - Triage user feedback and bug reports, investigate issues, reproduce problems, and translate findings into clear tickets for engineering - Create release notes, run internal demos, and communicate changes to colleagues - Collaborate closely with engineers throughout development to remove ambiguity before features reach customers - Build deep understanding of Reonic's customer businesses to inform better product decisions You'll have significant ownership and work in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and processes are still being built. This is a full-time, on-site role in Augsburg. REQUIREMENTS: - Product mindset: think beyond checklists, understand why features are built and who they serve - Attention to detail: spot inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential issues before they become customer problems - Strong communication: clear communication with engineers, product colleagues, and stakeholders; professional English fluency (C1+) required - Technical curiosity: enjoy understanding how software works, comfortable investigating bugs and learning new concepts - Customer orientation: care about user experience and can translate qualitative feedback into actionable insights - Ownership: take responsibility, follow things through, solve problems independently - Startup mindset: comfortable in fast-moving environment with evolving priorities - Relevant experience: experience in product management, product operations, QA, software development, B2B SaaS, or similar roles is a plus. Degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or related field is helpful but not required.
