Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 / annual
SimpleClosure is building infrastructure for company dissolutions and asset recovery. The company has raised over $20M and serves 7,000+ companies, streamlining the business shutdown process from legal and tax to operational and administrative tasks. A key growth area is Asset Hub, a marketplace for assets left behind when companies shut down—including codebases, workspaces, proprietary data, and talent. Buyers include top AI labs, RL environment providers, and AI agent builders who use Asset Hub as a differentiated source of proprietary data and talent.
You will own Product for Asset Hub, responsible for building tools and products that power asset selling and buying across the full platform surface area: the buyer portal for codebases and workspaces, domains, physical assets, TalentPipe, and future asset types. Key responsibilities include identifying and replacing manual internal processes (asset intake, cataloging, pricing, deal tracking) with scalable tooling; sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and managing external partners for asset value recovery and liquidation; turning partnerships into working products and processes with end-to-end integration ownership; and partnering closely with engineering, legal/compliance, RevOps, and GTM teams.
You should have 3+ years of product management experience shipping B2B, platform, or marketplace products end-to-end, with direct experience building or managing partnerships. You're comfortable owning a broad, sometimes ambiguous surface area and prioritizing ruthlessly. You have experience working with technical or enterprise buyers in sales-assisted, quote-driven motions. You're a strong cross-functional operator with a bias toward building 0-to-1 and turning ad hoc manual work into repeatable systems. Nice-to-have experience includes data licensing, data marketplaces, M&A/data-room products, domain sales/aftermarket, or talent marketplaces.
The role reports to the Director of Product and sits within a dedicated Asset Hub team with a dotted line to the GM of Asset Hub.
