Salary: USD 115,000 - 165,000 / annual
Webull is a leading digital brokerage platform serving over 20 million users across 16 regions worldwide. The company is building Prime Services, a modern institutional trading, financing, and technology platform designed for hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, asset managers, and other professional market participants.
You will own the product strategy and roadmap for Prime Services, a foundational product leadership role within Webull's institutional ecosystem. The platform will integrate institutional onboarding, master-sub account structures, DMA/FIX/API connectivity, low-latency execution, real-time risk and margin tools, securities lending and locates, DVP/RVP settlement, reporting, billing, and client service workflows into a unified experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Prime Services, including institutional onboarding, account structures, trading workflows, reporting, billing, and client service tools
- Define the product experience for institutional clients across web, desktop, FIX, API, and other trading platforms
- Translate client and business needs into product requirements and partner with Engineering, Design, Trading, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver solutions
- Lead cross-site collaboration with global Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Trading, Sales and client-facing teams to develop institutional trading, execution, connectivity, risk, margin, financing, securities lending, settlement, and post-trade capabilities
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify product gaps, opportunities, and priorities for the Prime Services business
- Lead client pilots, product launches, and ongoing improvements using client feedback, data, and business results
You will work closely with Engineering, Professional Services, Institutional Sales, Trading, Compliance, Operations, Risk, and institutional clients to define and deliver a scalable platform for sophisticated buyside users.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 to 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, technology, capital markets, or a related industry
- Strong understanding of institutional and buyside workflows, including onboarding, trading, order management, margin, risk, settlement, and post-trade processes
- Ability to translate complex business, operational, regulatory, and technical needs into clear product requirements and solutions
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills using SQL and Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, technical teams, and sophisticated institutional clients
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Direct experience with institutional clients, brokerage, prime services, clearing, or trading platforms
- Strong understanding of institutional trading, risk, margin, settlement, and post-trade workflows
- Ability to simplify complex problems and drive execution across technical, business, and client teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, building new products, and adapting as the business evolves
