Hims & Hers is a public healthtech company (NYSE: HIMS) transforming healthcare by delivering affordable, accessible, and personalized care. The company operates an integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy platform.
You will own the commercial core platform—membership, catalog, pricing, and billing systems—at a critical moment of transformation from category-specific builds into a headless, global platform. This is a leadership role driven through influence and cross-functional partnership rather than direct headcount management.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end platform systems: subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, and monetization logic
- Build enablement tooling and configuration surfaces enabling any category to launch products safely and quickly
- Identify capabilities no single category owns and drive ownership, estimation, and sequencing
- Make strategic trade-off decisions: when to invest in general capabilities versus shipping category-specific solutions
- Partner with engineering and design to embed AI into platform core
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and compliance teams to ensure safety, revenue integrity, and regulatory compliance
You will be measured by how fast partner teams can ship using your platform, your ability to get work owned and scheduled without org authority, and your judgment in saying no while offering reusable alternatives.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Product Management experience working cross-functionally
- Experience owning platform, systems, or infrastructure products where other teams are customers
- Background in subscriptions, catalog, pricing, billing, or monetization preferred
- Consumer-oriented product experience; health, wellness, or category-defining products a plus
- Demonstrated track record building platforms teams love to build on
- Proven ability to get work owned, estimated, and scheduled without direct org authority
- Comfort with strategic trade-offs and judgment in platform design decisions
- AI-native operating mode with hands-on experience using agents and workflows
- Experience designing, building, and executing scalable processes and systems from scratch, ideally in operations-intensive environments
