Anthropic is seeking a Product Manager for its Platform Organization to help shape the future of AI infrastructure for enterprises. The Platform Org's mission is to enable builders to transform their businesses with AI through APIs, developer experiences, multi-cloud integrations, and agentic infrastructure.
The role focuses on the Enterprise Fabric area, which builds multi-cloud integrations at scale across Anthropic's stack to meet demanding enterprise requirements. You will own the enterprise API strategy, balancing security with developer experience, and develop roadmaps for enterprise API features including authentication, rate limiting, and compliance capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
**Customer Understanding & Advocacy**: Deeply engage with enterprise developers and technical leaders to understand integration needs and pain points. Run regular feedback sessions and technical reviews with key enterprise customers, building strong relationships with development teams to understand workflows and challenges. Transform customer insights into actionable product requirements.
**Product Strategy & Vision**: Define and execute enterprise API strategy, develop clear roadmaps for enterprise API features, and identify key integration patterns that drive organizational value.
**Enterprise API Development**: Partner with engineering to build enterprise-grade API features, security controls, and deployment tools. Design and implement enterprise integration frameworks and SDKs for common enterprise systems. Drive development of industry-specific API features and compliance capabilities.
**Cross-functional Leadership**: Partner with sales, customer success, security, and compliance teams to understand requirements and meet enterprise standards. Collaborate with platform teams on API architecture and scalability. Engage with marketing on enterprise API positioning.
You should have significant product management experience in API and enterprise software, with a strong technical background understanding API architecture and integration patterns. A track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise API products is essential. You'll need demonstrated ability to build relationships with technical customers, strong understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements, proficiency in business analytics, and excellence in cross-functional collaboration.
