League is a leading healthcare experience platform serving 70M+ people through health plans and health systems (including Manulife, SCAN, Geisinger, Medibank, Baptist, Shoppers Drug Mart). The company closes care gaps by identifying what patients need next, removing barriers, and ensuring follow-through—from appointment booking to prescription adherence to referral completion.
As Product Manager for Platform & AI Agents, you will own defined problem spaces within League's Member & Patient Portals and AI Agent Teams, including benefits navigation, care finding, messaging, scheduling, care gaps, and condition management. This role is calibrated for someone ~2 years into their PM career, ready to own scope independently while building toward Senior PM.
You will operate the full PM function across 1–2 engineering pods, working closely with a Solution Owner and Staff PMs to turn ambiguous problems into clear, outcome-oriented bets. Key responsibilities include: framing problems and defining success metrics for platform features and AI agents (Care Navigation Agent, Benefits Navigation Agent, Health Coach Agent, Care Gaps Agent); operating independently across pods with growing ownership; bringing domain signal and customer insight proactively; defining scoped problem statements and outcome-oriented metrics; communicating bet intent clearly and spotting blockers; surfacing bet-level risk and escalating appropriately; building foundational knowledge of League's platform, payer/provider market, and AI product line; defining KPIs and validating problem framing with data; using AI tools ethically for bet framing, research, and metric definition; and contributing to PM hiring and onboarding.
You bring 2+ years of PM or related technology delivery experience, with interest in or exposure to digital healthcare (payer market experience is a plus). You're comfortable operating with ambiguity, have working knowledge of agile methodologies, and can partner effectively with engineering and design. You have practical experience using AI tools for productivity and genuine interest in building deeper AI fluency. You communicate clearly, distinguish problems from solutions, seek feedback proactively, and apply it quickly. You bring domain signal without waiting for direction, listen with curiosity, and are growth-minded.
