StubHub is seeking a Product Manager for Paid Search to own the acquisition channel strategy across StubHub and viagogo, the global live event ticketing marketplace. This role combines product thinking with practical delivery, balancing commercial goals, technical constraints, advertising platform behavior, and measurement challenges.
You will own the operating system for the Paid Search product surface, building a clear experiment and delivery roadmap, driving cross-functional coordination across Product, Data Science, Analytical Engineering, Software Engineering, and Operations, and establishing reliable measurement frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating Paid Search priorities into executable roadmaps with experiment calendars, capacity views, hypotheses, success criteria, and launch gates
- Coordinating delivery across Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations, surfacing risks early and keeping decisions moving
- Protecting and improving the Google and Bing portfolio through campaign structure, bidding optimization, ad copy, and other performance levers
- Owning operating tools that make performance visible and execution faster, including dashboards, alerts, workflows, and AI-enabled analysis
- Partnering on attribution, policy, and measurement challenges with clear ownership and validation methods
- Translating financial and commercial goals into prioritization and execution decisions
- Building durable knowledge across platforms so experiments, platform behavior, and learnings are reusable
- Defining useful metrics, assessing experiment quality, and connecting performance data to commercial outcomes
- Championing a culture of thoughtful experimentation and rapid execution
Ideal candidates have experience in Product Management, Program Management, Growth, Performance Marketing, Ad Tech, or marketplace products in data-driven commercial environments. You should have a track record of translating strategy into executable roadmaps and leading cross-functional delivery without direct authority. Strong analytical judgment is essential—ability to define metrics, assess experiment quality, understand attribution limitations, and connect performance data to outcomes. Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising is required or you must demonstrate ability to quickly learn complex advertising platforms. Technical fluency with dashboards, data workflows, APIs, and automation is important. Clear communication, strong organization, and ability to create momentum in ambiguous environments are critical. Plus factors include paid-search campaign structure, bidding, tROAS, elasticity, international marketplace experience, experiment design, measurement, attribution, and revenue/profit-efficiency analysis.
