Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams convert inbound leads into qualified meetings instantly. The Demand Conversion Platform removes friction from the sales funnel by enabling faster connections between buyers and sellers. You will lead Orchestrator, Chili Piper's GTM Control Layer—a sophisticated automation and decisioning system that listens for signals across Chili Piper and external tools, then takes intelligent action. Orchestrator detects form abandonments, no-shows, missed meetings, and cold chats; evaluates ICP fit, account ownership, intent history, and CRM state; and executes the right next step—enrolling sequences in Salesloft or Outreach, notifying reps, rescheduling meetings, or sending booking links. This is a product leadership role focused on market fit and adoption, not traditional roadmap management. You will own the complete arc of each product bet: identifying target customers, gathering market and customer evidence, defining problems, setting intended outcomes, establishing success metrics, driving adoption, and measuring business impact. You will define what Orchestrator offers and how it is offered, working closely with a Product Designer and Product Engineering Lead on experience and technical feasibility. Key responsibilities include ruthlessly prioritizing features, simplifying complex workflows and data into clear product direction, monitoring real usage post-launch, maintaining coherence across signal types and integrations, and holding high quality standards. You will operate with high ownership and independent judgment, making hard calls with imperfect information in a fast-moving environment. The role requires senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with clear ownership of a product area. You should have strong product judgment, hands-on familiarity with AI tools, deep curiosity about users and markets, comfort in technical domains, and a bias toward focused shipping. Experience with real-time automation, signal-based triggers, decisioning systems, third-party integrations (CRM, Sales Engagement, conferencing), lead routing, or enterprise data-rich SaaS is valued. The company is fully remote and global, moving fast with a team that prioritizes building solutions that customers actually use.
